The Process To avoid extra scope time and effort, we developed a strategy with the team to ensure requirements were correct for user needs based on subject matter expertise. I initially conducted on going Hueristic Reviews to educate the team on best practices and loop holes on UX principles. Link here Based on the reviews I also conducting Usability Testing internally to see if users could understand the initial MVP results were interesting that lead to a after MVP UX Roadmap.
