      <image:caption>I’m Allison J. Smith, a Lead UX | Product Designer with over a decade of experience crafting innovative, user-centered solutions in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments. My work has primarily focused on SaaS enterprise platforms, where I’ve led strategy, research, and end-to-end design for complex systems across industries such as logistics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and government contracting, including work with the U.S. Army. A defining strength of my background is the intersection of design leadership, education and ability to strategize the process.  I focus on the initial goals along with creating roadmaps for the bigger picture.  With a Master’s degree in Art and Digital Design Education, I’ve not only practiced design at the highest level — I’ve taught it. My experience teaching has equipped me with a unique ability to break down complex methodologies, facilitate strong team collaboration, and elevate design maturity across cross-functional teams. In roles at companies like UPS and Kroger, I’ve led entire product lines, guided product teams in lean, agile environments, and championed design thinking across organizations.
