THE PROBLEM
Operation Managers did not have a web application that was able to feed the mis-loads in one application.
We created a web application that was a 1 stop shop to allow managers to see where the mis-loads were based on position and address them in real time.
SOLUTION
Created 1 web application that was able to read the mis-loads IN REAL TIME. Users were able to catch the problem before it was too late by being able to see the misloads based on position and loader responsible.
MY ROLE
Conducted user and field research by working with product owners, and operations managers to understand the needs and create final solutions that met user needs.
RESULTS
INCREASED USERS TIME
AND EFFICIENCY BY 50% BY HAVING REAL TIME DATA TO MANAGE MIS-LOADS.
