The following is an example of the web application for UPS Global Pickup and Delivery for the EU. This work show cases my field research for the mobile which I was also responsible for, and user flows specifically for the web application. Note -> These users were admin users in addition to being the Product Owners which helped me drastically in terms of getting quick answers on requirements, and having users heavily involved in the process. The idea was to get an MVP out quick and edit as we went along. As a result it was a fast paced environment. Note these are not all the flows just examples!

Admin Flow
I was responsible for the entire application and the various flows based on user interviews and observation from existing legacy application.

Notifications
Users wanted to be able to have notifications based on priority for managing operations. I was able to work closely with the users to build a notification pane that allowed users to manage and create notifications.
