TRAINING MODULE: VIDEO Prototype

Due to the unfortunate nature of some of UPS applications, I was requested to create a onboarding video for all user before they are to begin their work duties. The application would go into an onboarding mode first to allow end users to understand some key features of the application. Products used were, Axure, Adobe Video, and Sketch.

Training MOdules: Europe

For each workflow of the Global Pickup and Delivery application I was requested to put together training modules to train end user on how to use the application. Right now the translations in white text against red background, are translated from coordinators in those countries. The modules include all of Europe. Due to UPS liability this was our best solution, however from feedback from the coordinators they appear to be highly effective.
