I taught Graphic Web Design to developers. I created an overlapping curriculum to provide students first the principles of design, then got into the details of Gestalt Principles and how they are used, using Color Theory, Typography, and Hierarchy, followed by Graphic Software to build a website based on their findings.
Students also had the opportunity to display their work at the Graduate Show where their work was on full display and received many compliments on the work.
